How to return a product
- Complete the returns form to notify us.
- Send the product back to us, sufficiently stamped, preferably with a track & trace link/code.
- We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving your products.

What is the return period?
After purchasing your product you have 14 days to change your mind.
Which products can I return?
You may return all products (unopened, undamaged & in its original packaging). The product must not show any signs of use. The product must be re-sellable again.
Products that are custom-made cannot be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse products that are returned if we suspect that they have been used or damaged.
What are the return costs?
The customer is responsible for the costs of returning products. As a customer you are responsible for ensuring that the return shipment is delivered. So it is your best interest to use a return shipment with a track & trace option.
